You will pick a security code to use for entering and leaving the gate.

A: Personal property in or to which any other person has any right, title or interest.
Any food or perishable goods, flammable materials, explosives or other inherently
dangerous or corrosive material.

A: The 1st day of the month. If paying semi-annually or annually, we will send you a statement.

Q: What type of payment do you accept? |
A: We offer credit card payments by phone, you can have your credit card deducted out monthly,
you can mail us a check, or drop off a payment to the office, or we have a drop-off payment option
- call the office for details. We accept Visa, M/C, or Discover.

Q: What is the minimum rental commitment? |
A: Minimum - one month.

Q: What kind of documentation do you require to rent a unit? |
A: Drivers License.

Q: How much notice do I give to move out? |
A: No advanced notice is required. Notify us on or before you move out.
